今年尝试了一款新的食谱,分享来自FB的Stephie。<br />
以往的食谱都是加了杏仁粉,这个没有。<br />
这食谱的饼干吃起来不是脆脆的而是有点酥酥的口感,也很不错。<br />
重点是巧克力是dark chococolate加上3片95%的Lindt 巧克力,是很香浓的口味。<br />
<br />
材料:<br />
250g 牛油<br />
90g 糖粉<br />
4粒蛋黄<br />
500g 低筋面粉<br />
<br />
500g 巧克力<br />
一包杏仁颗粒 (预先烘烤10分钟,待凉)<br />
一些杏仁碎 (预先烘烤5分钟)<br />
<br />
做法:<br />
-牛油和糖粉搅打至均匀,加入蛋黄搅拌。<br />
-筛入面粉减半均匀。<br />
-面团包入杏仁颗粒,揉成条状,烘烤160°20分钟。<br />
-隔水融化巧克力,淋在烘烤好的饼干上,洒上杏仁碎即可。<br />

(隔水融化)<br />

内馅:(A)100g 奶油乳酪 + 取100ml 树桐巧克力淋酱<br />
( 用搅拌器搅拌均匀)<br />

(B) 140ml 动物性鲜奶油 + 30g 糖粉<br />
(搅拌至不流动状态)<br />

将(A)和 (B)用搅拌器轻轻混合,即成为内馅<br />
<br />
蛋糕体:4粒蛋,60g 砂糖,40ml 鲜奶, 40ml 植物油,70g 低筋面粉, 15g可可粉。<br />
(戚风做法,28cm 四方烤盘,烘烤160度15分钟)<br />
(烘好后取出,撕掉油纸张。再把蛋糕放回油纸上,趁热连油纸张一起卷起,待凉)<br />
(待凉后,翻开蛋糕卷,涂上内馅,卷起,冷藏定型)<br />
<br />
装饰:把蛋糕卷切成树桐形状,淋上巧克力淋酱,用叉的背面花上花纹,冷藏。<br />

麦片饼干 140g<br />
奶油 60g<br />
<br />
做法:<br />
麦片饼干压碎,加入软化的奶油,搓揉混合,倒入烤模中压实做底和边缘。<br />

芝士糊:<br />
奶油乳酪 140g<br />
砂糖 45g<br />
鸡蛋 1粒<br />
动物性鲜奶油 100ml<br />
低筋面粉 12g<br />
无糖可可粉适量<br />
<br />
做法:<br />
1.奶油乳酪和砂糖搅拌均匀。 倒入蛋液搅拌。加入鲜奶油混合。筛入低粉拌匀即可。<br />
2.将芝士糊倒入饼干塔皮里,铺平。<br />
3.两个小碗分别勺如2大汤匙芝士糊,再分别加入适量可可粉,调成2种深浅咖啡色。<br />
4.倒入塑料袋,剪开一角,在芝士面糊上画出豹纹图案。<br />
5. 150C 烘烤35分钟,熄火搁在烤炉里直到冷却。冷藏隔夜。<br />

罐头吞拿鱼(美乃滋)<br />
洋葱,切碎<br />
鸡蛋 2粒<br />
鲜奶100ml<br />

做法:<br />
1. 在6寸四方模里铺上烘培纸。<br />
2.把苏打饼铺在烘培纸上一层,再铺上一层吞拿鱼和洋葱碎。<br />
3.重复步骤2. (可依自己喜好反复好几层。)<br />
4.直到最上层,铺上一层苏打饼。<br />
5.将混合好的鸡蛋及鲜奶,倒入模型里。蛋奶汁必须覆盖过最上层的苏打饼。<br />
6.烘烤160c,25分钟即可。<br />
