Almond London Cookies



今年尝试了一款新的食谱,分享来自FB的Stephie。
以往的食谱都是加了杏仁粉,这个没有。
这食谱的饼干吃起来不是脆脆的而是有点酥酥的口感,也很不错。
重点是巧克力是dark chococolate加上3片95%的Lindt 巧克力,是很香浓的口味。

材料:
250g 牛油
90g 糖粉
4粒蛋黄
500g 低筋面粉

500g 巧克力
一包杏仁颗粒 (预先烘烤10分钟,待凉)
一些杏仁碎 (预先烘烤5分钟)

做法:
-牛油和糖粉搅打至均匀,加入蛋黄搅拌。
-筛入面粉减半均匀。
-面团包入杏仁颗粒,揉成条状,烘烤160°20分钟。
-隔水融化巧克力,淋在烘烤好的饼干上,洒上杏仁碎即可。
