芝士塔 Cheese Tarts (No Whipped Cream)

在这里记录做过的食谱,真的很有收藏价值。
每当嘴馋,就能在这里找到成品和记忆中的味道,然后可以照着食谱做参考。

塔皮材料:
牛油130g
幼糖40g
鸡蛋1粒
面粉230g

做法:将牛油和幼糖打发,鸡蛋一点一点加入拌匀。分次加入过筛的面粉搅拌。
捏成塔皮,烘烤160C,15分钟。

芝士材料:
奶油乳酪 300g
柠檬汁适量(我用蛮多的)
幼糖70g
鸡蛋1粒

做法: 除了蛋液,其他材料全部隔水煮融化。趁热加入鸡蛋拌匀即可。
倒入半熟的塔模里,烘烤8分钟。
