Banana Walnut Bread

Firstly, i have to thank my hubby for helping me to buy the banana.... Haaah! If not, i won't have this nice banana walnut bread from the oven. This is my first experience working with BANANA . And i was so afraid of the outcome. I kept peeping from the glass of the oven, to see how it goes. I was very excited when i took out the bread hot from the oven!! It smells good, and looks good too!! The sugar sprinkled on top, really helped the bread to crake and more crispy. It's crispy outside, and soft texture inside. For those who never try baking a bread, like me, this is the simplest way to do it!
Recipe from Cooking Crave

4 ripe bananas - smashed
50 g melted butter
90 g sugar
1 egg - slightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla essense

200 g superfine flour
80g chopped walnuts

Method:
Preheat oven to 180C.
Sieve flour, cinnamon ground and soda together and set aside.
Mix melted butter with mashed bananas in mixing bowl with a wooden spoon.
Add in sugar, salt, egg and vanilla. Stir the mixture till well combined.
Lastly, add inn the sieve flour and chopped walnuts. Mix well.
Pour mixture into a greased 8"x4" loaf pan.
Sprinkles some sugar on top of the bread to have a crispy and cracked on top of the bread
