This is not an ordinary fried rice, because it is inspired from my eldest daughter , who doesn't take a single vegetable in her meals. I blended the spinach, which is rich with vitamin and iron, and use the spinach juice to cook the rice in the morning. Wait the rice is left cool in the afternoon, i fried it with sausage, diced chicken, carrot, eggs and cabbages for lunch.
Guess what?? She loves the taste, and ate two bowls of rice. I ask her to guess why the rice is GREEN IN COLOUR? She can't figure out, but just rise her thumb!! HEeheee.....
That's the best way to "cheat" children for eating vegetable. For those mummy who shares the same problem with me, try this!!
