Very soft cotton texture cakes. The sweetness of the egg cake with the savory of chicken floss make it tastes different from other recipes.
Ingredient:
3 eggs
1 egg white
60g sugar
75g superfine flour
10g custard powder
chicken floss
Methods:
1. Mix superfine flour and custard powder, set aside.
2. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy and pale.
3. Stir in (1) slowly.
4. Pour in 2 scope of batter in the paper cups, sprinkle some chicken floss. Then, pour in batter again till 3/4 full. Sprinkle chicken floss on top.
5. Steam for 20 mins
