鲜奶通心粉 Cream Macaroni with Milk


家里的宝贝超爱白酱的料理,越浓郁越喜欢。
每次在家里煮这道料理,都是使用P牌的蘑菇酱,总是觉得味道不够到位。
这次买了Carol的新食谱,很喜欢翻阅。因为里面好多好好吃的西式料理。

第一次尝试自己做白酱,自己增加了动物性鲜奶油和芝士片。
浓郁的程度可以自由调和,超赞的!!


食谱参考:Carol 餐桌上的美好时光
(食谱是鲜奶意大利面,我改用通心粉)

材料:
洋葱1/4个,切末
蒜头1瓣,切末
青菜花,适量
虾仁,适量
通心粉(煮好,沥干备用)
面粉 10g
牛奶300ml (我用50ml动物性鲜奶油+250ml牛奶)

做法:
1.青菜花放入沸水中,烫30秒捞起备用。
2.少许橄榄油(我用一汤匙牛油),加入洋葱蒜头炒香,加入面粉翻炒。
3.分次加入牛奶,混合均匀煮沸成白酱汤。为了浓稠和提味,我另外再加两片cheddar cheese。
4.加入虾仁,盐,黑胡椒混合,煮至虾仁熟。
5.放入青菜花混合。最后加入煮好的通心粉,以小火续煮至收汁即可。
6.摆盘后撒上parmesan cheese powder。

ChEsSY & CrEaMY -- Classic Macaroni & Cheese经典芝士通心粉

我和大姐彤都很爱吃chessy macaroni。
越chessy,越creamy的,我们越爱。
今天要分享的就是如此,爱芝士的朋友一定要看过来!!

这道经典芝士通心粉的口味很chessy,很creamy。
有点类似Kenny R****的口感,不过芝士糊的配料还是有点距离的。
可能是芝士的牌子不同吧。可能,用橙色的芝士会更接近。
但,我已经很满足了。


  
食谱:
2小碗(喝汤的碗,满)通心粉,煮熟,沥干,备用。

3汤匙牛油炒至溶化。
加入2汤匙的面粉,继续炒至混合。
熄火,倒入200ml牛奶,搅拌至浓稠的面糊。
继续倒入300ml牛奶,开火煮至微滚。
加入火腿,和150g的cheddar cheese丝 。(我是用方块的,再刨成丝)
加些胡椒粉及盐,小火搅拌至芝士溶化和浓稠即可。
倒入煮熟的通心粉,捞上芝士糊。(如果太浓稠,可加点清水)
上桌前,撒上mix herb。

Bowtie Pasta Bolognese



I always love western food more than chinese cruisine.

When i was shopping at the Pacific, i saw this Maggie Instant Bolognese mix. I grabbed one packet only for trial. I have macaroni and bowtie at home. Macaroni with Bolognese seems not matching to me. I like to eat fried macaroni with black sauce, or cheesy-baked macaroni. I think bowtie will love Bolognese at first taste.

I never think that this little Maggie packet powder tastes very much more delicious than all other brands of tin / jar instant pasta sauce!!! U never taste, U never know... ...

Although this small packet is cooked for 2 servings, my kids and i all share among ourselve happily and enjoying very much!!!


Prepare:
2 bowls of boiled/ cooked bowtie
some garlic and onion
mince meat (i used pork)
grated carrot
tin mushroon (sliced)
2 slices of Cheddar Cheese (tear into small pieces)
some parmesan cheese powder

Methods:
1. Fry garlic and onion until frangrance.

2. Fry mince meat.carrot and mushroon until the meat turns colour.

3. In another bowl, mix the Maggic Bolognese powder with 300ml water. Stir well.

4. Pour (3.) into the meat, continue to cook until boiled.

5. Add in the small pieces of Cheddar Cheese. Stir well until dissolved.

6. Close the lid and continue stimming for another 2-3 mins.

7. Pour the hot and mouth-watering bolognese sauce on the bowtie. Sprinkle with as much as parmesan cheese powder as you prefer.

Baked Macaroni with Cheese















Oh no, I m addicted!! Excuse me to post recipes with CheeSE.. cHEEse... and ChEeSe!!

I like the white sauce, but found it too watery. Guess i may add in some grated cheese while cooking the sauce to make it more sticky??!!

(A)180g macaroni, cooked

(B)white sauce:
20g butter
20g flour
50ml hot water
250ml fresh milk
1 cube chicken essence (I used Maggie Brand)

(C)2 medium size sausage, sliced (I used AYAMAS sausage with cheese)
1 tbls chopped garlic

(D)4 slices of cheddar cheese

Methods:
Prepare white sauce:
1. Dissolve flour and chicken essence in hot water. In a sauce pan, heat the butter, and pour in the above hot water. Cook for 2 mins.
2. Add in fresh milk and continue cooking and stirring until boil and become sticky, for around 3mins. Off the gas, and set aside.

To fry the sausage:
1. Put a little oil in the sauce pan, cook the garlic and sausage.

To assemble:
1. In a baking tray, line the cooked macaroni at the bottom.
2. Assembly the sausage on top of the macaroni.
3. Pour half of the white sauce.
4. Put the slices of cheddar cheese on top. Then pour the remaining white sauce of top.
5. Bake 180C for 20mins or until the top turns brown. Serve Hot.

Macaroni Salad








I had extra chicken breast steamed last night during dinner. I suddenly thought of this salad which my senior manager, TESS, who treated us last time when i worked in S'pore. I like the taste of cheese+cream. I prepared this salad when i reached home last night, and plan to have it for lunch today!

Ingredients:
1/2 Chicken breast (steam, then use fork to strip off the meat)
2 slices of Cheese (cut into strips)
1/2 box Raisin
Cooked macaroni

** MIX THE ABOVE IN A BOWL

Sauce:
2 tbsp condensed milk (to suit your preference of sweetness)
4 tbsp Mayonnaise (Kraft is the best, thicker n creamier)

** STIR WELL, AND POUR INTO THE ABOVE MACARONI.

** REFEGERATE FOR FEW HOURS. IF YOU LIKE IT MORE CHEESY, ADD SOMEMORE CHEESE STRIPS ON TOP WHEN SERVING.

Ham & Cheese Macaroni


I baked this ham & cheese macaroni for my Sunday lunch. I enjoy it very much as this is my favorite dish! But, it's a pity that i am impatient to wait for the cheese to turn brown, or else, it will look nicer.

Recipe from PinkLady

White sauce:
1 tbs butter
1 tbs flour
50ml water
1/4 teas salt
150 milk

Cooked macaroni
Ham, slice
Cheese
How to cook white sauce:
Heat flour, salt & water in a pot. Add in butter and stir well, continue to cook for 2mins.
Pour in milk and cook for another 3mins. DONE!
In a metal bowl, put in the cooked macaroni and ham. Pour in the white sause and stir well.
Place cheese on top. Bake until cheese turn brown. Serve hot!!!
